Dr. Howerton has published numerous scientific articles and is active in lecturing for the dental community.  He became a diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in 1991. Dr. Kennedy has been a contributing author for an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery manual and given lectures to the dental community.  He is a member of the American Dental Association and American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.  He is on staff at several local hospitals.  He has served on multiple oral surgery missions in developing countries. >more about Dr. Kennedy
